Machupicchu & Sacred Valley (2D/1N)

SACRED VALLEY
After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 am, make our way to the Sacred Valley of the Inkas. During the ride we will stop at the viewpoint to take a little break and enjoy beautiful views; then we will have the opportunity to visit the typical market of Pisaq, where we can observe people with their ancestral traditions and buy some handmade souvenirs, after an small explanation we continue towards the Archaeological Complex of Pisaq, where we’ll find inkas constructions of great importance that served as an area of adaptation for some products. Then we will continue our journey to Urubamba, where we will have the delicious buffet lunch, continue our tour to the charming Ollantaytambo, where we will have the guided visit to the archaeological complex as well as a short walk through the cozy village that seems suspended in time with its typical houses and streets bordered by aqueducts that bring water from nearby snowy. Finally we will visit Chinchero, well known for its precious waist looms, its colonial church and the recently restored Inca remains. We will be arriving in Cusco at approximately 6:30.
According our schedule we’ll take the train to Aguas Calientes at Ollantaytambo station. At your arrival, a representative will take you to the hotel, where we will take contact with our guide who will give us the recommendations for the next day.
Machupicchu
Early in the morning we head to the bus station and later we meet with our guide at the checkpoint of Machupicchu, who will show us the most important places of the Machupicchu Archaeological complex, where we immerse ourselves in the enigmatic beauty and the incomparable display of architectural and hydraulic perfection of one of the 7 wonders of the modern world. The guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and afterwards we will have free time to enjoy the citadel of Machupicchu. Once we return to Aguas Calientes, we can have some lunch or enjoy the hot springs, while we wait for our train back to Ollantaytambo station, where we will be waiting for our bus to Cusco.
